Private foundations, supporting organizations and donor advised funds each offer unique benefits suited to particular charitable players and philanthropists.  This program will cover the house rules of these different options to help you lead your philanthropic clients to the right table for their game.  This program will explore:  the basic rules applicable to private foundations; the effect of the Pension Protection Act (and subsequent regulations) on supporting organizations; and the practical implications of the new playing field.
