Seigel, J.D., AEP®\n \nAs BUI’s Director of Advanced Planning, Brian helps advisors add significant value to their client relationships. Brian determines clients’ planning objectives, designs a plan to achieve those objectives and coordinates the implementation of recommended strategies with the clients’ professional advisors. Brian also provides guidance and education for advisors and their clients in the areas of estate, tax and business planning. Though not practicing law at BUI, Brian is an attorney and has been licensed to practice law in Missouri since 1996 and in Illinois since 1997. Through his prior experience as the owner of his own estate and business planning law practice, Brian provides guidance in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, tax planning, retirement planning and deferred compensation arrangements. Brian is the immediate past President of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis and is a member of the Missouri Bar Probate and Trust Committee, the Missouri Bar Elder Law Committee and the Missouri Bar Taxation Committee.
