Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.\n \nNational Registry of CPE Sponsors Number 109467\n \nâCTFA\n \nCTFA 1.25 CE credit \n \nCFP\n \nUpon completion of this course, you should be able to:\n \nBe up to date on the latest cases and rulings in the estate and gift tax area.  This should facilitate proper advice for clients having knowledge of the latest cases and rulings.\n \nAbout the Speaker: Andy is a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP in the Private Client Services Department.  He is based in the Los Angeles office.\n \nAndy’s practice is focused on estate, gift, income tax of trust, and generation-skipping tax planning.  He also helps resolve disputes between trustees and beneficiaries, and provides advice on the establishment and operation of charitable entities.  Andy also handles post-death administration of wills and trusts.\n \nAndy received his BA from the University of Michigan and his JD from the University of Michigan School of Law.  He earned an LLM in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law.  Andy has taught estate planning courses at UCLA, Golden Gate, and the University of San Diego Law Schools.  He currently teaches Estate and Gift Tax at USC Law School and Estate Planning in UC Irvine Irvine’s LLM program.\n \nAndy is an ACTEC member.  He is rated ‘Band One’ in Chambers, both Nationally and in the Western Region of the United States.  He speaks regularly at the USC Tax Institute and the Hawaii Tax Institute.\n \n \n \n \n
